We do not hesitate to use high quality materials to produce our products. We use Medium Density Fiberboard engineered under high temperature and pressure that combines wood fibers, wax and resin to produce an inner structure that is flexible and strong. All inner boards have edges beveled and routed to insure the binding is firmly nested against the edges of the visor. We use Clay Coated Chipboard that is better than the original because it is moisture resistant and doesn't warp as the original was an untreated cardboard product. Further, the Clay Coated Chipboard allows the binding to be sewn straight. All metal channels are Galvanized Steel, rust resistant, and are attached to the Fiberboard using a pneumatic rivet machine for strength and long life. All rivets are Steel Metal Piercing and have a rust resistant Zinc finish. All visor pins are heavy duty Steel, Zinc plated and securely welded in the correct position as original. All materials are laminated to each other to prevent separation. We offer A large variety of colors and materials for our visors. Some of the colors and material options will be correct for your application and others will be an option. Correct color and material will be noted next to your choice. Returns; Defective and Damaged Merchandise
Defective and freight damaged merchandise (but only where bowtietruckparts.com is providing shipment) may be returned to bowtietruckparts.com for full credit, but only upon verification by bowtietruckparts.com of such defect or damage. A Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form must be filled out by the Buyer and Approved by bowtietruckparts.com. Credit will be issued to Buyer upon receipt of the RMA form and the claim approval from the freight company.
Returns; Exchanges; Good Merchandise
Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by bowtietruckparts.com in its sole discretion under the following conditions:
Return/Exchange of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from bowtietruckparts.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 25% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from your bowtietruckparts.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 30% restocking charge, except that bowtietruckparts.com merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
Merchandise classified by bowtietruckparts.com as TB (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may not be returned for credit.
Merchandise on sales promotion or inventory packages may not be returned for credit.
Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.
Buyer must obtain and complete an RMA form, issued by bowtietruckparts.com, for any good merchandise return or exchanges.
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 15 calendar days after the ship date indicated by bowtietruckparts.com.
Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.
Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.
